Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us & Provide Details
    Get in touch with our support staff and supply your Return Authorization number (such as the S/N code). Include a clear description of the issue, along with photos or videos as evidence. Please retain any free gifts included with the original order.

  2. Troubleshooting & Return Approval
    Our team will first help you resolve the issue remotely. If a solution cannot be reached, we will provide an official return address. Note: If you decline troubleshooting assistance, we may be unable to proceed with the warranty service.

  3. Prepare Your Return Shipment
    Clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package before shipping. Use only the address provided by our team.

  4. Keep Your Tracking Number
    Retain the shipping tracking number for reference. This is essential for processing refunds in case of carrier-related issues.

  5. Inspection & Final Notification
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will email you to confirm its arrival and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  • Do not ship any item back before contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • We are not liable for packages that are refused, returned to sender, or shipped without an authorized return number.

  • Slight product variations may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or production batches. Product images are for reference only.

  • The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged by accident, mishandling, or any cause other than manufacturing defects.

  • Products missing the manufacturer’s label (with model number, part number, or product ID) will not be accepted for return.

  • Incomplete returns—missing accessories, original box, or parts—are not eligible for warranty or exchange.
