1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Definitions

  • “VZvape” refers to HONG KONG SHUN CHIP ELECTRONICS CO., LIMITED.

  • “Goods” means any physical products ordered under these Terms.

  • “Services” refers to any services purchased, including “Non-subscription Services” and “Subscription Services” (e.g., ongoing technical support).

  • “We/Us/Our” means Hong Kong Heshun International Trade Co., Limited.

  • “You/Your” means the individual or entity purchasing Goods or Services.

  • “Website” refers to www.vapzvape.com or any successor site.

3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Pay all amounts due promptly.

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete Personal Information.

  • Not impersonate others or use false identities.

4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify product prices, content, or these Terms at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where legally required.

5. Product Specifications
Goods or Services may be updated to comply with safety, legal, or manufacturer requirements. We will ensure such changes do not reduce quality. Significant changes to pending orders will be communicated in advance.

6. Orders & Acceptance

  • Goods and Services are available only to eligible individuals of legal age in their region.

  • Orders constitute an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch Goods, begin Services, or receive payment.

  • We may limit, reject, or cancel orders prior to fulfillment, including sales suspected for resale purposes.

7. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are confirmed before order acceptance.

  • You warrant that your payment method is valid and legally used.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon receipt of Goods, though ownership transfers only after full payment.

8. Cancellation & Returns

  • Material breach of these Terms by either party may result in termination with 7 days’ written notice.

  • Consumers may cancel Services within 7 working days after ordering, unless performance has begun with consent.

  • Goods (excluding audio/video/software) may be canceled within 7 working days after delivery.

  • Perishable or used Goods are not eligible for return.

  • Return instructions must be followed precisely, including use of a Return Authorization number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Email hi@vapzvape.com to initiate cancellations or returns.

9. Personal Information
We collect and process Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide Goods and Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for unforeseeable losses or those caused by your breach of these Terms.

  • Business losses (e.g., profits, data, interruption) are excluded.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or statutory consumer rights.

  • Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties in addition to applicable legal rights.

11. General Provisions

  • Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

  • Third Parties: These Terms confer rights only to you and us.

  • Assignment: We may assign our rights; you may not.

  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Chinese law. Legal proceedings must be brought in China.
