Processing Time
Processing begins when your order is submitted and ends when the items depart from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major Chinese holidays). Please note that processing may be extended if certain items are temporarily out of stock.
Shipping Time
Shipping time starts when your order leaves our warehouse and ends when it arrives at your specified delivery address. While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, please be aware that delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. For the most accurate and up-to-date shipping timelines, we recommend referring to the official carrier’s website.
Inspecting Your Delivery
We strongly advise inspecting all packages for visible damage at the time of delivery. VZvape is not liable for products damaged during transit. It is the recipient’s responsibility to examine the goods upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
