Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 50 pcs to ensure the best shipping value for you. We are a wholesale platform and do not sell single retail items. Tip: Individual users can organize a "Group Buy" with friends to unlock these factory prices.

Q2. Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

We prioritize Local US & EU Warehouses for 2-5 day delivery. If local stock is out, we use a Special Air Line (10-15 business days). This route (Factory → Air Freight → Local Customs → Door) ensures fresh stock with zero hassle.

Q3. Do I need to pay Import Taxes or handle Customs?

No. We provide DDP Service (Delivered Duty Paid). We handle all paperwork and pay import duties before delivery. You receive your goods with zero customs risk.

Q4. What if I receive defective items? (Warranty Policy)

We offer a Hassle-Free Warranty. Simply send us a short video of the defect. We will verify it and issue a Free Replacement (sent with your next order) or a refund immediately.

Q5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (for Buyer Protection), Credit Cards (VISA / MasterCard), and Bank Transfer (Recommended for bulk orders).
